Thank you so much for supporting my travel guides! Since these are digital products, they’re available to download right after purchase. Because of that, I’m not able to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the guide has been delivered.
That said, I want you to have the best experience possible. If you experience any trouble accessing your guide, encounter a technical issue, or notice something isn’t right with your order, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.
